hands free

Hi, 330ci 53 sport.
I'm looking to use my steering wheel controls for the phone and would like to know which kit I can buy so it will be hands free and use the wheel to control it all.

You may need an adapter between the steering wheel and stereo, someone will confirm but have a look on this site,

There was an option in the day for blue tooth but what entails and what happens with it is out of my league but I1m sure someone knows ....but who?
