Hi guys I've got an e39 with a b3 3.2 Alpina engine and switchtronic gearbox ( running original 528i gearbox and engine ecu)
Although the car is running an Alpina engine and box the car really doesn't feel 265bhp it should be
I've had the Alpina map put on my ecu and have fitted a s50 m3 Evo maf but if I'm honest it feel the same as a standard 528i
I just want to make sure the maf is wired correctly as I know 328i owners use the maf with the m50 manifold and s52 cams etc
Currently I have my original maf plug which is pin 1-4 and the maf sensor 1-4 fitting the same numbers so 1-1,2-2,3-3,4-4
Any help would be great guys a‘a

Your best bet is sending a pm to DanThe.
He has an E30 with the 3.2 Alpina engine and that ran a 328i ECU at one point so should be able to help out.

The Alpina basic ECU is quite different to an M52 one, in terms of components, so im not 100% sure just flashing the maps to it would work.
I could try and get you a cloned ECU built but im not sure how much it would cost, at least then you would know it was correct
