I'm looking for a 280mm 850i clutch, they seem quite elusive so far. I'll be seeing if BMW can source one themselves but does anyone else know of where I might be able to get one? Ideally less than £500 if possible!

Thanks for the searching guys, it's appreciated. I had look on ECP/CPL but when I put the details of the car I think the clutch and flywheel came from it's not finding any clutches, BMW 8 series 1991 5.0. After you suggested they were on ECP/CPL I tried again and '93 onwards is finding clutches for a 5.6 engine. It maybe perfect and will fit regardless, but I can't find a cross reference yet. I think I need to scour the current clutch for part numbers.
Does anyone know if all V12 flywheels are single mass flywheels (like mine is) and any V12 clutch will fit?

I've done some cross referencing and the part numbers are different between my current clutch compared to the clutch fitted to the 5.6, which the clutch on ECP/CPL should be.
From my sketchy phone pictures I made out the part number on the friction plate 21211223410, this correlates on realoem for a 1991 5.0 850ci.
I then looked up the clutch part numbers for a 5.6, it came out as a different part number for the friction plate, 21212227157.
I don't know if it doesn't matter and the clutch will fit anyway, but the part numbers seem to be different
For reference this is what I have in terms of flywheel and clutch as you can see there is damage to the friction plate and the pressure plate is uneven and hot spotted

Further researching
it looks like that's the 850csi 5.6 clutch and all v12 flywheels are the same. The CSI clutch is actually an upgrade in clamping force so I think we've found a winner! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction
