I was asked the following questions on ebay, regarding the steering wheel i'm selling atm. Apart from the year, I actually didn't know there was a difference in airbags etc.
Can anyone shed some light on this at all?

"Can you tell me what year, and what type of airbag, weather dual or single stage"

TIA
Pal

Cheers bud. I had a look online and that sounds about right. It looks like they changed to dual stage then too.
However i'm not sure if there is a way to determine which type of steering wheel it is I have? They all look the flipping same! Is there a part number at all?

Thanks again
Pal

If it's the earlier sport wheel on the back of the airbag the later ones have what looks like a coke can inside them(easiest way to describe it ) the earlier ones are just flat off the top of my head, but then you get round airbag sport wheels same as the ones in e46 which all have the same airbag
