Are E90/E91 front seat squabs the same both sides?

I drive a lot of miles for work and the front seat is getting compressed and uncomfortable, was never that great to start with but now I get a bad back after a couple of hours. I was going to buy a leather interior and replace the seats, but few and far between in the spec I need as I want a bolt in/out replacements. (Need black leather interior from a late touring with the extra wire for head restraint system and manual adjust seats and no heating). Are the driver and passenger seat squabs the same part? If so I'll have a go at just swapping those over for the time being. Thanks.

Have you checked on realoem to check part numbers. May help.
