I'm thinking of selling the M3 and looking at a family bus with a twist.

Not bothered about fuel or tax band etc because I only do small mileage and I'll be keeping the 320d for the wife so her Clubsport will also go.

Anyone have past experience good or bad ??

I've been searching BMW AUC but to no avail and I'd rather buy from them due to warranty and piece of mind.

I like these nearly as much as I despise the saloon. Shame about the gearbox and how few were sold.

Serious chariot, serious drama potential. BMW AUC with full warranty is a must for peace of mind and resale when you get bored with the 14 mpg :)

Like I say the mpg doesn't pose a problem as I'm lucky if I do 5000 miles in the four cars I own, the sport has done less than 150 miles last year and the M3 didn't push more than 600 miles.

I've seen a few for sale on PH but not AUC sadly. I'm friends with the Dealer Principal in Manchester and I've asked him to search around and bring one in if one turns up.

This is the ideal spec -

I was thinking about one of these but the rarity makes it much more expensive than the saloon or say an RS4
