E36 coupe brake lights not working

Guys I have a 98 328i sport coupe auto.my passenger brake light connection burnt out about a 2 weeks ago. I've been waiting for a second hand one to crop up and today I went out to the gym to find none of my brake lights work apart from the 3rd one in the window.ive replaced the bulb with no joy and was wandering if anyone could shed some light on this problem thanks

D you have the workshop manual PDF? Makes it easy to see where the connections are so you can trace where your issue is

I'm gonna have it looked at first thing tomorrow.diable.i hope this is an easy fix.if the loom has perished am I stuffed
