E36 M3 Evo Won't start

I've had it started many times in the garage, but last week switched it off and 30 seconds later it wouldn't start.

The aftermarket alarm has always been temperamental, but now seems to have given up totally.

Where can I get a wiring diagram for the M3 Evo (Euro) version.

There seems to be lots for the USA (including the Bently manual), but can't find any for the Euro version.

Sometimes the fuel pump runs, but the starter gives nothing, not even a click.
