Both large cables go on the outer large stud. Have you fitted one on the outer and one on the inner?

You are using the entire output from your alternator to continuously run the starter motor!

Starter is fine now. Now I have a major air leak or a dodgy sensor. it idles at 1K RPM and when you apply throttle is kangeroos up and down. Plus when your driving and apply throttle theres a big delay and a violent lurch.
I've checked all the hoses and everything is connected.
