...actively looking for one of these at the moment for a pal. He's getting bored of driving around the country looking at sh**ters, so if you know of a good one he'd be extremely interested :)

Know it's not exactly what you're after, but there's a very nice looking 530i touring on ebay at the mo..

..yep clocked that one :cool: I think he may have to start widening out the search a bit. Plenty of Auto survivors. He seems to be keen on changing gear though..

Looks like the same geyser who fitted the LPG painted the front of it :(

Very crude LPG system fitted to that. OK for an M20, but shouldn't really be fitted to any engine with a plastic manifold.

..he did this one today, blowing exhaust, coolant tank looked empty?, fag burned interior, rusty brake pipes, bubbling rear arches, sills starting to go, big service history gaps etc etc. :( I think he's a bit too used to driving moderns :)

They look like E38 16s with E34 metric caps fitted.

Everett already has a holiday booked on the strength of the wrongness that will undoubtably be lurking ! :)

Yep Oxford Green 2.0. I tried to persuade him to hold out for a 525, but itchy trigger finger and all that... I guess it means he doesn't have to worry about SLS though..
