e36 Compact, what is worthwhile doing?

Remember my French mate? Well have got him into his first BMW in the form of a compact that needs a bit of work.

Sits on nice staggered 5 spoke motorsports and has a 30mm lowering kit. So what worthwhile upgrades are there? Anything like eccentric bushes, short shift gear lever etc?

Also it's pink, well almost white and I doubt it can be saved but are there any products/techniques that are worth trying?

e30 lower arms with offset bushes and a cabrio x-brace will tighten up the front end nicely without costing the earth or spoiling it.

Not going to be doing an m52/any conversion. He is a shit driver who thinks he is Schumacher as it is and it's his first RWD car. Last time he drove one, he binned my e36 316i into a bank thinking he was a drift king
