Yes they will fit but the spring rates will be different.

Oh OK, because the touring is heavier right?
Is it likely to have an adverse effect on the handling? (Its only driving semi fast on the road occasionally, no track use). Its just for looks really.

Don't know off of the top of the head, they are on a car that I'm hoping to buy as a breaker and I want to poach them for my touring.
