Where is the engine code?
Setting the vanis might be the problem.
The head gasket has just been changed and now it won't start. There is no spark and the inlet blows not suck.
Can the vanos do this or are the cams timed wrong?
Thanks

Ive seen people put the cams in the wrong way round even though they are marked.
E = Inlet
A = Exhaust
No spark is an electrical fault, not timing.
It will be an M54 by the way.

Indeed. E is for Einspritz and not Exhaust! A is Auspuff (exhaust).
