Hi folks, I've been trying to find out how to fit cruise control to my E34 525i and it turns out my 1996 model doesn't have the full loom installed. I'm looking for advice on whether I can retrofit the loom and how it is done. I will put up a wanted post in case anyone happens to have what I need, not having much luck elsewhere so I'm wondering if anyone on this forum might know their stuff.

Thanks.

Ive been asking for the separate looms for years, not many get taken off breakers, its easier to build your own loom, I started to chop one out of a breaker earlier this year but lost interest

You can adapt an e30 one to work in the e34
This sound very promising, has it been done by anyone one here and is there a guide by any chance?

I would be very grateful for your advice on this, I'm not much of an electrician I'm afraid. I have scoured the net and put up a few posts but no luck. I already have the E34 cruise control stalk and the steering column shroud.
