Has anyone tackled the above with any success? I have just upgraded my bulbs with a HID kit and it makes a massive difference to the quality of the light. The only problem is that it’s still pointing at the fooking floor.
I have defiantly busted one adjuster. The thing that bothers me the most about changing the adjusters is re-sealing the unit again.
My last 39 suffered from water ingress and I had to buy new units. Is it best practice to replace the seal when splitting the units?
Any good links.

Seen. Thank you.
My last 2000 39 had a rubber/foam seal instead of the adhesive.
Did bmw move to the sealant to stop the misty headlight problem?
Does not look to bad a job to tackle.
Is that tiger seal?
