is anyone on here well knowledged up on e46 cabbies

how do you go about fitting zenon headlights

i have seen a car advertised with 3x 3 point rear belts is this true or is it an optional extra

the reason i am asking this is if i buy my darling wife an e46 cab she promises me she will leave my e30 cab alone

i think its a done deal so please help me someone to find the answers to my questions

hello mate.. i owned a e46 325 cabby a few yrs ago.. they dont have 3x3 rear belts... if its a optional extra i dont know, but to my knowledge they only have 2 belts at the back... fitting xenons lights will be easy to do mate... just plug n play

Can't see a 5th person sitting on that! All BMW cabs are 4 seaters no??

Mabey the seller just ticked the box as you would on ebay thinking it has.

ALL E46 convertibles and in fact ALL 3 series convertibles were 4 seat only and 3 rear seatbelts were never an option!

Also, Xenon headlamps AFAIK are not plug and play. I'm pretty sure the LCM would need recoding.

You can't fit a HID kit either as the standard headlamps do not have elypsoid lenses.

I think these give all BMW lovers a real problem. £1500 buys you a turd of a 325i. Something to think about.

46's are dead, took me weeks to serve a 2002 E46 318CI I eventually cut my losses,

I think M3 E46's have dropped far more rapidly than the E36 M3 ever did :eek:

Just been browsing E46 M3s, plenty of them have dropped un £7k. 8O

How do they break compared to and E36 M3 once you've relieved it of its engine?

thanks for all your pointers on this. the 3 seat rear was a car i was looking ar on autotrader.
the car i want to buy is a silver 330 ci sport cab it looks lovely and is an 02 plate at £6499.00
tha seller is a very good friend who i have grown up with so the turd issue isn't there and its done 83k
