hi all a friend of mine is after a 120d but a 123d has become available locally.are these cars alot better than the 120d and are there any hidden horrors to worry about.we test drove the car today and i must say this thing was quite rapid but i havnt seen many of them around and dont no much about them any info would be appreciated

My missus has a 123d coupe currently, and previously had a 120d. You can't compare the 2 in terms of performance - the 123d is amazing. Fuel economy for both is excellent too.
I think the 123 is an awesome car. There are no real shockers to look for other than the usual turbo diesel stuff. Go for it - you won't be disappointed!
