E34 525 M20- Worth anything??

As the title suggests, I have a G reg 525 the the m20, manual g/b. I bought it as a second daily driver as it was super cheap. The tax expires this month, not sure if its worth trying to sell on or if I should just break it. What should I expect to get if I break it? What bits are worth anything? 120k miles with recent cambelt.

Depends what you want for it. As scrap it's worth about 200 quid. The engine is worth about £150-200, gearbox maybe 50 quid and the rest, bugger all apart from it's weighbridge value.
Would be a pity if it's half tidy as there are so few of these left.

Thats what I figured. 400 is about what I would need out of it. I will give eBay 2 tries and then it will be broken. Thanks

you get 300 at scrap for a e34 just sent my one of mine off to its final resting place last week
