Maybe the engine swappers would like to have more room around the steering column / linkage.
A better rhd brake servo setup would be great allongside a quicker rack, the entire rhd conversion seems a bit half arsed.

i've never found the rack a problem, if the injection system on the 6 pots didn't fire 3 injectors at a time the economy of the M20 would no doubt be alot better as your not throwing 66% of the fuel away!

steering rack/column is easily sorted, rust can never truly be solved, head lights is a simple upgrade, when i m50 management mine ill do a full write up making that a nuts and bolts job.
4 stud is one of the issues thats not so easy to sort until someone solves that it limits our oem break and wheel options.
the rear end semi trailing arm design is dire, would love a proper multi link rear end.

How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.

As is.
Like most things in life, we love the faults as much as the rest, why should a car be different.
Edit
Its attraction by a certain type of knuckle dragger.

not if i get a sticker on it first, then it will be genuine alpina and sell for 3x price...now that's just a hairdryer ady! i meant something a little more "installed". i remember seeing this option on a peugeot 306 gti6....basically, as soon as the car was switched on, hot air was available through the normal vents with no extra kit to be seen...i know its french, but it's still a good idea! i would have thought the scandinavians would have thought of it....adit wrote:go on Atul, treat your self for Christmas:pukar wrote:

split rear seats already mentioned would be on my list for sure
didn't foreign "motorsport" cabs have the option of staggered 15inch bbs'?

I've seen this on a E39 525d. Its called an Aux heater. In my E34 you can program the ventilation to come on when you set it on the OBC, but no heated.pukar wrote:un-crackable dash

The hideous pile of junk sunroof, what a crap idea and dare I say it BMW could have done with a lesson on corrosion protection from the French.
