Evening all, dont slate me for this but, how do you remove the gear knob from my 318ti sport please?

Its the m-sport one with a bit of chrome on top which has come away in places and looks a bit scruffy so I have bought a replacement.

Cheers, Mart.

2nd hand knob for sale ?

Well ive just tried and that mother is NOT going to move by "tugging" , twisting or a shit load of brute force.

Any more suggestions ?

Arm wrestle some blokes in the pub till you find one that beats you, then ask him to pull it off for you.

Handy second-hand Brian Moore tip - leave the steering wheel bolt on (but loose obviously) to save on sore faces...

That was the result of falling down the stairs from top to nearly the bottom and hitting the wall with my head.

I was waitng at the time for a hip replacement joint and things gave way at the top and I ended up with some "carrachter" (?) on my face.

I believe it was 48 ish stitches but what the hell , I m still around and thats cool for me. :D :D
