Thoughts on one of these?
Mate with a E34 525TDS more door has been offered an iX tourer on LPG, dont know the spec, engine etc, just been asked if i'd be interested in taking a look, poss for myself.
Anything i need to look out for, or are they best kept clear of?

ix 5 series or 3 series i think they both use the same setup from what i was told when looking to possibly buy one and was also told they are ok in general not a bullet proof or perfect 4x4 system but most parts are readily availible from ebay

The guy in the unit two doors down from me his brother has a blue 525ix running on gas and not that long ago i heard he was selling it.
Ive only seen it a handfull of times and it looks decent,iirc it has a private plate.

Nope, never went in the end. The chap who got it offered to him hasnt had time to contact the fella selling, tbh i think his missus has put a stop to it, know the feeling.............
