Recently I bought an E36 Compact for my mum to use as a run around.

Its the 1.9, Has full service history, 90k on the clock, reverse park sensors, rear pop outs ect... steering wheel and gear knob are M items. did these compacts come in Sport models?

Previous owner has had the rear windows tinted (Ghetto spec tints) which will have to be changed for standard glass.

The wheels are AC Shnitser 18" which the previous owner has sadly sprayed black

Been asked to source a set of standard alloys to replace them, anyone in the know of what I could advertise these for?

Any general info on these Compacts would be apreciated :)

Yes they did mate :D

Mine is the 318Ti sport edition and all you see is standard.
Have a look on "Parkers Guide" to see what spec is what.
I have the M44 1.9 in mine and with 160000 on the clock still returns @35 around town and @ 45 on a run and with this engine and suspension and brakes etc, its a nice lively drive.

Mart.
Only the E46 cab left now.
Just got too old.

There is a forum for the e36 Ti but it is based in our later colony.
