I got this weird problem with a E38 where hot air constantly comes front the windscreen demister which cant be stopped.
Anyone familiar with this problem?
EDIT: Sorted kind of. Only does it with auto enabled on the climate control. But does not with the face setting enabled, good enough for me.

On my E32, that is normally a sign that the underbonnet heater valve has siezed open. There is two valves in a single valve body, one for driver, one for passenger side.
You would have heat pouring out of the footwell vent on that side though too, regardless of where the climate control temperature is set.
