It's a not terribly good replica of a BMW 3.0 CSL in full racing trim. They were known as the 'batmobile' and are one of the all-time great BMWs. You're looking at a lot of money for a real one - something in the £100-250k range I think..
As you've probably gathered, the CSLs were pretty outlandish, but the car it's based on, the 3.0 CSi is staggeringly handsome. About £30-50k will pick you up a mint one of those.
The CSL designation has become part of BMW mythology and was resurrected recently for the E46 M3 CSL. The 'L' denotes 'lightweight' ('leichtbau' if you sprechen Deutsche) and is only used for stripped down versions of already hot BMWs. You'll have seen the CSi designation on other BMWs too, like the 635CSi - it denotes Coupe-Sport-Injection.
