Adding LPG to a E39 535i

Has anyone had experience of adding an LPG kit to a V8 535i.

I have an opportunity of a 2000 sport model but can't warrant the fuel costs, can't imagine these would do anymore than 20MPG, adding LPG could persuade me to buy the barg.
