Just wondering if anyone can confirm for me that this issue is what i think it is..
Basically when the engine's started it's as if the engine is being revved straight away at a constant rate whether the accelerator is depressed or not.
To get the car to idle normally, the bonnet needs to be popped and the throttlebody manually pushed back into the normal idle position; After this is done, the slightest blip of the throttle causes it to hold open again.
Am i right in thinking the ICV probably needs cleaning, or am i way off the mark with that?
Thanks

Sorry, got it sorted, gave the throttlebody a good clean out and she's all good now
