This was the one I was talking about. Insurance is too much so I'm going to let it go. :(

Nice looking car,
As long as the engine's been well serviced shouldn't be too bad, especially at that price,
:D

Looks to be Royal Blue Mo. And it looks as you described it. 795 it's a steal. Still, if you can't insure it, theres no point taking it further. What a shame. :(

Pity about the insurance.

Will an SE be more insurance friendly? Insurance companies don't like the word Sport, even though it is the same engine as an SE.

I have generally found that the bigger model ranges (5 series, a6, mondeo) are usually cheaper to insure than their smaller models (3 series, a3, fiesta).

How old are you Blitz, good driving history?

518i was nearly the same. I'm going to wait till I'm 21.

I'm 20 with 1 year NCB. No points, no accidents.

Not very nice but thats a pure detail. At 795 you are buying one of the best, most reliable BMWs ever made.

i don't think its that cheap for all those miles and an auto these were making that sort of money two years ago and fuel was a lot cheaper then too.
