e36 328i sport

im looking at a 328i sport on sunday and was wandering what these cars are worth. its black 97 model with alusil bolck. 55k full history
black heated electric leather interior and all the usuall sport refinements.oh yeah the car is auto. the seller is asking £3200 ONO
. i ask as these cars seem cheap but all have high mileage and seem to be tatty. does anyone reccomend these cars. im torn between this and a mint 325i cabriolet e30 of course

No E36 has an Alusil block!

like 325's most are shite buy on condition and proof of maintenance, oh and autos are worth less, are less fun and use more juice. Sounds like its priced about right if its in tip top order.

If its as good as it sounds 3 bags is a decent price. 328i autos aren't too bad on petrol on a run - the gearing means high 30s are achievable, certainly a lot better economy than M20 donks.
