had a moment of madness and bought an e32 750i, problem is the auto box decided to lose all forward drive last night and only reverse works. Can anyone shed some light on how terminal that may be? The car is up for spares or repair all ready but thought id ask just incase its something minor which i doubt.

Here is the stricken beast :D

Not necessarily, only when it is fitted by an animal ! :(

I seen that turd on ebay, you were a braver man than me ! 8O

PS The gearbox is toast, as is the car.

PPS them wheels are only suitable for an E32, the 10j rears won't clear E34 trailing arms.

Oh cock, well you live and learn :D

Its gota be said its a hugely complex system and the engine bay is limited for space as it is unlike a 4cyl/6cyl turd The cars in realy good nick just dont think the box was up to the task of my lead right foot, was meant to be a bit of fun but not laughing any more

The LPG systems might fetch a few quid? I was similarly shocked when I saw the engine bay.... :D

Yes it is a mess but i can see why as that v12 is realy shoe horned in there :D

All the bits except for the desirable bits will be sold dirt cheap to get it out the door quick, I.e the 5.0 V12 engine would be £100 if you come and remove the bugger :D

Im prety certain the suspension isnt standard either as its firm and quite low mayeb some more alpina goodies lerking under there. The exhaust is nearly new also got a receipt from bmw for £1672 8O thats gota be worth a few quide to a 750i owner somewere

The LPG system would have cost a lot of money when it was new but im not sure id fancy removing it myself due to it currently been full of gas so would be another someone could come and remove for a bargain price.
just wish i had an e34 as there is loads of fancy bits id love to keep :D
