Hi there guys,


Just wondering if anyone can help me out with an annoying issuse im havingwith my car at present. firstly its a petrol and sounds like a diesel! :( also i have to top up coolant every 300 miles and also have oil burning which leaves the car smelly at times and i can see oil buring from my bonnet. i recently had my rocker gasket changed as i had an oil leak could it be something to do with this??

Might be possible you have a bad water leak or even the head gasket has gone. As for the oil sounds like it was either a cheap gasket used or the muppet that fitted it hasnt done it right

No water is leaking im so confused, hope its not the head gasket, will go back to the mechanic and double check on it dont think it has been done right. thanks for the reply town325i
