I've just bought some Michelin run flat tyres for my e46 330 rears, anyone any experience of them in different weathers, rain snow etc?

E46's are not designed to work with run flats!

I got them cheap lol so I put them on, could always throw them on the gti it has the same size wheels. If they're not designed to run on them why do BMW sell them with them on?

not sure they came with run-flats? the came on the 1 series.. Anyhow run flats weigh a ton. far better selling them on and getting the weight down as much as you can..

I had michelin ps2 runflats on the back of my 320d and they werent that bad (also got them cheap). It's the Bridgstone Shitenza you need to avoid.
