whilst having a poke around on piston heads i came across this,
and started scratching my head in why would some one do this conversion,
and to change to 4x100 ??

What a pile of shit its only worth around £100 i ould rather have the m44 engine in there than an m20

Perhaps he had good E30 running gear and a rotten shell and a good compact shell with shit running gear?

anybody remember the yellow e30 325 with the yellow 15 inch bbs split rims from santa pod last year? this "i think"is the same car minus the e30 and the yellow!!

A compact with a m50 , m52 or s50 is cool.

But a m20 compact with 4 stud is the most pointless waste of time ever.

What i want to know is how they got round the problem of the sump?

No M20 sump ever made had its bowl at the rear, all cars with an M20 had the bowl at the front were as E36's have it at the rear.
