Even at 150 quid is that worth it?

You can buy an useable E32 with MOT these days for about 400 quid

Am I missing something?

Looks like someone threw some money at it in the past. The bodykit is quite rare, but i've seen it before. Not sure whether it was a factory option though. The wheels are ok too, but only if you're running 5x120 hubs.
Other than that, its scrap. Might be worth a punt if it had the full fat M30 and a manual box. But it doesn't even have leather. Unusual? Yes. Worthy? Nahhhh.
