225 45 front, 245 40 rear.
Not sure on the other details, I've got a feeling that both polished and normal silver finishes were avaliable.

seen these on an E30 touring and not sure what to make of them.
I'm a bit of a purist (read an*l ) so for me its bbs on a touring.
No doubt these have advantages, are they light, strong, pull air through to the discs?

Not all are diamond cut and not all of them have motorsport on them.
The forged alloy ones should have a polished rim and motorsport cast into them.

What rims would you recommend?bss325i wrote:The wont fit an E30 as they are 5 stud.TouringTash wrote:seen these on an E30 touring and not sure what to make of them.

I have bbs 15's on my 318 touring and love the look........
But will be engine modding the 325 touring and looking for 270ish bhp in a year or so.
so bigger discs, calipers will be needed before I start tinkering with the lump. Can all this go under 16 inch rims to stop an old lump.

As for big brakes, i had an E30 with an E36 M3 3.0 engine fitted which was just short of 300bhp. I had 310mm floating discs with wilwood 4 pot calipers behind 16" hartge wheels and this set up worked well for me on road and track.
Wheels, or at least the style of them is a personal thing but as for function, 16's give the best ride/handeling compromise on an E30.TouringTash wrote:What rims would you recommend?bss325i wrote:The wont fit an E30 as they are 5 stud.TouringTash wrote:seen these on an E30 touring and not sure what to make of them.

Will the Willwood calipers mean I can junk the ABS ?
If it does all connect I'll keep it but I suppose loosing 20 odd Kgs? would mean an end to no more MackyDees
