The 535 is rare because they are not particularly popular and the 530 is so good. People who want a V8 would rather a 540. In respect of value, the mileage is good news, the colour less so
If the mileage can be verified and EVERYTHING works and there are no major cosmetic or mechanical issues, you might get £2000 .

the car is fully loaded bar for sat nav or tv`s as for coluor think only the green silver and dark blue wer the best finish mileage is all correct all paperwork to prove no mechanical issues wat so ever paint has two bumper corner marks only as for the 535i thought it may of been desirable thinkin it was the rarer model thats all but thanks for any opinions that keep comin in all appreciated .........

Is it actually a sport? I can't remember when they came in, perhaps it was '99, but I have a funny feeling it was very late '99 if not '00.
I think Petes valuation is about right, even if it is a little upsetting for you. There is a crazy amount of v8s on the market now, in varying conditions.
Why would you settle for a 535i when you could have the better steering 530i which is just as fast and uses less fuel, or the 540i which is faster and uses the same fuel.
I think you might find an unknowledgable victim who knows nothing about BMWs who gets suckered in by the low mileage and buys it though, so it is not all bad news.

Again its a world apart from 540i manual (performance wise), but will be a lot of car for no money for the right buyer. Good luck!
