Hi forum,
ive been reading through the forum and a couple of other websites but still cannot get any answers,
Basically a couple of weeks ago my central locking stopped working properly.
it would unlock and lock with my key fob, but when you got in the car and locked the doors it would only lock my 1 (Drivers side).
i took off the hardtop 2 days ago because i was getting all the suspension redone, the mechanics phoned me and said he could not open the roof, so i went down and moved the red flag lever underneath the rear seats.
i didnt think nothing of it at the time, i picked the car up next day and connected up all the motors and tryed to re sync but still nothing happened when i held the switch.
Now the strange thing is the storage lid was up and i could still open the boot :S i no that this isnt possible because the micro switch wasnt being pressed
therefore why could the boot open, i checked the micro switch but i could hear it activate the relays and modules and the boot actuator. therefore it was working.
now this is why i am confused i think this is the problem why the top is not working can people shed some light on this issue for me?
