e36 m52 position sensor fault questıon.

hi have a problem wıth an e36 m52 which stalls after it reaches normal temp had it on the diagnostics whıch showed camshaft position sensor error after replacing the sensor still had the same fault show up and still stalls once normal temp reached can anyone point in the right direction as i am stuck on this one thanks.

Connections on the sensor could be dirty and it appears to the diagnostic that the sensor itself is faulty. Just a timid guess.
