I tried searching for a E32 touring but nothing came up so must be a photoshop, would of been great if one was actually made

Looks photoshopped to me. IIRC, there wre some e23 estates converted by Crayford (of convertible Cortina fame). The also did some big merc wagons as well, before ze Germans started offering the w123 as an estate.

I believe BMW did have a couple of 750i E32 Tourings built, there used to be one at the factory museum - may still be there.
They have all sorts of interesting cars that never reached production, like a V16 E32 7, E23 V8 (basically 2 M10 4's joined together, same as the later V12 basically being 2 6's), E23 V12, M8 (with what is basically the McLaren F1 engine) and so on.
