E30 parts fit E46?

Can E30 wishbones be used on an E46?
Also E30 eccentric/non eccentric TCA bushes be used too?

why , as the e46s that i have seen have alloy wishbones and polybushes are available for them

Done it now using correct 46 parts.
Was only changing due to MOT fail and was looking for cheaper option :P
