A BMW 2800 Spicup, Coupé, 1969. A BMW 2500 curtailed from 269 cm to 234 cm in length served as the chassis, while the engine came from the BMW 2800. The BMW 2800 Spicup was discovered in Holland last year and underwent total restoration.

What's odd is that it was supposed to be a revamp of the stunning 507, but seems to have missed the boat.....while it was at the airport.

Interesting styling on the 2800 Spicup. I'm guessing it's never been in a wind tunnel?

bertone has done some nice cars, thats not one of them.

the biggest offence is that rear roofline, lose that and it wouldnt be too bad.

I would still drive that! Also came close to purchasing an e9 coupe...........that would have been one hell of a restoration!
