e36 hub nut

does anyone know wot size the front hub nut is on an e36 . i have to do a front wheel bearing on one at the weekend and dont want to waste time at the weekend finding one . thanks

New bearings should come supplied with a new nut. Otherwise I think on an e30/e36 it's 36mm. You'll probably need a long bar as old items are usually vf tight to loosen. I did mine last week on my e30 touring.

I use a cheap 3/4 drive set for that kinda thing can get plenty of power through it and its very handy for pressing bearings and stuff in

The bearing nut is 46mm and needs to be done up to 300nm of torque.
