I think I prefer the E21 interior to that of an E30.
Purely hypothetically, would it be possible to fit an E21 dashboard into an E30?

thats a early e21 as its got chrome mirrors on it the later ones had plastic ones similar to the e30 one's

Don't know , but you can fit an e30 dash into a e21

There is one for sale in Stockholm for sale, with Swedish MOT and Tax and he is asking £700 ish for it....
323i is maybe the best E21 ever!
