what year did the e46 330d get the engine upgrade to 205bhp? i thought it was 2003, but i've seen a few 02 and 52 plates on auto trader that claim to have the 205bhp engine.

Whenever it was, it puts it in bracket for the new car tax rules. We got a 2000 plate 330i petrol instead.
