how to store a car long term

my 525i sport owes me 4k its a nice tidy one, other than leave hand brake off etc what can i do to ensure that everything won`t seize up engine, brakes, gear box etc as i want to sell it but values are sooooo low id rather store it as a future classic? thanks

iirc you should drain coolant etc to stop hoses perishing but i could be wrong

Its only worth keeping in immaculate condition if it is from the M power factory? I presume as this is yours, it is one of those rare examples?

Put the car on 4 axel stands and dont use the hand brake. It would also be a very good idea to wash the car and give it a polish. If the car will stand inside a garage, keep one window like half way open so the cabin get fresh air.
When it comes to the engine, do an oil change with new filters and also take out the spark plugs and fill the cylinders with diesel (so they dont start to rust)
Take also out the battery so its not drain it self and make corotion to the cabels.
