I dont think current safety rules will allow for stretch fabric over the frame, for pedestrian safety cars must be paneled with a clearance over the hard metal. Not much chance of seeing that on the road as is. It is an interesting concept tho, alot of concepts these days try out new materials in tandem with laboratories, top dog in this field would have to be Rinspeed/Bayer.
