This is mine 323 sport touring

I don’t agree about touring’s looking better without kit, they need kit imo to lift them out of the bland/boring category that most estates/touring’s fall in to.
The OP has achieved this by fitting some epic wheels, i really need some dish on mine

No one said they look better sans kit as a rule. That statement was applied to my Turd specifically, with the look it currently has.pac1982 wrote:I don’t agree about touring’s looking better without kit, they need kit imo to lift them out of the bland/boring category that most estates/touring’s fall in to.

I like that a lot
Not got round to having a pervert clean of mine yet.. Did clean and feed the drivers seat last weekend though.
We could probably organise a sizeable e36 Touring daily meet just on this forum..

I bet we could! They get more love on here than they do on e36coupe! I've found it perfect for picking stuff up in like interiors and alloys etc, and it always becomes the topic of conversation when i get there! Mine's just had an inspection 2 and a full coilover set-up at Simpson Motorsport, feels lovely now

perfect list of accessories! They must be the most versatile BMW around at the moment in terms of reliabilty/practicality/useability/drivabilty/affordability, ticks all the boxes for me anyway! Yours sits pretty on those 18's! I worried about 18's being too big on mine but they look just right now i've seen yours. wouldn't mind some full leather in mine too!

Yeah definitely.. Nothing can come close for the money imo. Still DIY repairable for sensible £££ also.
I was concerned also, but it wears 18's spot on imo..
I want heated leather sport front seats..
No more spending for a while though.

i didnt day i don't like the kit, just that i DO like cars that are silly low with epic wheels and near standard bodywork.pac1982 wrote: I don’t agree about touring’s looking better without kit, they need kit imo to lift them out of the bland/boring category that most estates/touring’s fall in to.

i thought the same about my compact, i had it nice and low on staggered style 5s, and just thought it worked and looked so much more euro for having a standard bumper. it wasnt a sporty car, it was never going to be, so i wanted to keep it low and smooth and let the wheels and stance do the talking.
also, for some reason the mtech bumper never quite looks deep enough, if you look side on it sits higher than the skirts which i've always found odd. ive always thought they should have made it an inch or so deeper, it would have made it much more aggressive too.
cheers,
harry

Great cars these :

Super Clean

If I lived a bit closer to work I'd have a 328i Touring like a shot
