If you're prepared to put pics up of this thing, you can ring him up and ask for the reg number and tell us all about this fantastic discovery of your 'mate's'. to get one of those anywhere near 600bhp would cost serious money, monster turbo, custom forged pistons, conrods, crank, uprated modified head, plus loads more, probably custom injectors too. easily £50k+ worth of work.

You can build a 500hp m50 for £5k , I very much doubt you would have to spend £50k to build a 600hp s38.
