1 last q whats a 102k m50 engine worth???

whats it attatched to?? ECU ect ect..

Seen them sell for about 4-500 on ebay and later low milers on there at the moment for £995

its the mrs L reg 325i 4door

so i have to pay a reasonable price to go towards another car

but obviously not near the high end of price range

102k with lots of history etc shit if it would fetch 500 id sell the whole bloody car lol

didnt think they were worth anywhere near that tbh

whatever i need would come with the engine ie loom/ecu etc

I don't know how many sell at that price thats just what they are offered for.

I've been looking and in most cases its better to go buy the whole car with short T+T and break that to make some money back. In my case it would also be a run about while I fanny about getting the M20 out and the engine bay clean and tidy. Before dropping the new lump in.

A clean L plate 325i saloon is worth £1000 all day long. It'd be a shame to break a good one. What you really need is a tatty 525i Automatic with short or no MOT - £150 on the bay.

Did I read somewhere that someone got an engine from the lads at parkside and they supplied a skimmed M20 flywheel for the conversion too?

nothing major but would need wing/bumper/bonnet and headlight to put it right
