I always have been Barry, but then again this is a decent car at the right money, had plenty of coin spent on its upkeep and doesnt have that many issues to get it up to scratch so its got to be one of the best starting points for a car like this. I was lined up to spend the purchase price on getting the E34 how I wanted it plus how ever many weeks of my life, it wont really take me long to get this gassed so if I decide I cant live with it then its not a major loss, but TBH because the sound/torque is so addictive if I can live with the LPG fuel costs I will most likely keep itbss325i wrote:A nice turd by all accounts.
Thought you were anti/scared E39 though?
Wouldn't say it was grim Peterpacerpete wrote:What sort of freak ordered such a proper chariot with such a grim interiorFull non motor trade spec

you mean old skool mate, old skoolThat wood trim is a bit nasty though!

No E39 had metric tyres . Metric tyres are expensive because very few people make them and very few people buy them hence those that do get reamed. Four original tyres for a proper M6 or a Highline 635 is Ca £1500 !pony wrote:Why are metric tyres so expensive is it just demand and supply ?
How much are 4 tyres for this then ? £1000 ?
That has got to be more than for new tyres for a 458 Italia!pacerpete wrote:No E39 had metric tyres .
