Driving like Miss Daisy means nothing when you need to do an emergency stop, swerve in damp conditions or hit a puddle. E-mark doesn't means much tbh, just that they hold air and look tyre-ish.
Genuinely like the car though, would love an e46 to daily..

Not really done alot for a bit....to much bloody white stuff, started changing over the chrome trim to black and put the black mirrors on for when the roof gets done.

It's coming on a treat fella. If you hear of any more bargains along those lines let me know. The E30 is now my toy and I need more comfort and not something that goes bang 100 miles from home.

Thats gonna look great. First glance, that color is yuck but ever just after the bumper, mirrors, carbon, etc, starting to look amazing. Can't wait to see it progress further.

Cheap
Not my first choice of color, but it is nice to see one to set it apart
Out of interest how heavy are the X5 wheels compared to the Style 32's?
Keep the good work coming

as for the colour i love it its different to the rest and with the black and light yellow (gold) i think it goes well.

Personally I'm not sure about the roof in black alone, it makes it look isolated, a tint on the roof glass?? Then again pulling it in by painting the pillars asks the question of where to finish the line?
I am liking the colour though.

I hated that colour when I first saw it - couldn't imagine why anyone would choose it... doesn't look bad now though!

please do not paint the roof black unless you intend to stick japanese stickers on the doors and drive round on full opposite lock with the rear lit up.
the car will look very nice with the rims and youre subtil mods, but dont go too far. you have succeeded in making me like the colour, like the wheel choice (both if which i initially scoffed at) but the roof WILL spoil it.

Love the black one, i'm looking at buying a standard e46 too, the m3 is not ideal as a daily with the current fuel prices.

Thanks for your comments guys, the roof is only a maybe i`m looking at trying to make it differ from the rest. If i do have it done then the wing mirrors will go back to the same colour.

Then i scrolled down a little further.
1st things 1st, remove the helper springs and wind all the way down. Then install.
